In this workshop, students will build a silver ring step by step before setting a stone. The class begins with making and soldering the ring band, followed by attaching a pre-made bezel and finishing the surface. Stone setting takes place at the end of the process, bringing the piece together as a complete ring.
The structure of the class allows students to focus on sequence, fit, and heat control while gaining confidence working through a multi-step process.
This class is well suited for students who have some experience soldering rings and want to learn stone setting, and is also accessible to beginners who are ready to work carefully through a guided sequence. For those who enjoy this class and want to go further, a follow-up workshop focused on building custom bezels will be offered.
